We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 14-day try-at-home policy — so you can experience the beauty and sentiment of your Almundrella piece in your own space and time.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 can be returned until January 10.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please:

1. Email us at almundrella@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line
2. Our team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions, including the return address
3. Once approved, securely repackage the item in its original packaging
4. Send the parcel via a tracked shipping service

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The item is in perfect, unworn condition
• It’s returned in its original branded packaging, with all tags intact
• The item has not been previously returned for repair
• You include your receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny refunds for returned items that show signs of wear or arrive damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their made-to-order and personal nature, we do not accept returns on:

• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Custom orders
• Sale items (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked returns.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Almundrella piece. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at almundrella@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You’ll receive an email confirming receipt
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method only

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order following the steps above and place a new order separately.
