Order Processing

We carefully handcraft and prepare each piece of jewelry with love and attention to detail. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). During peak seasons such as holidays or major promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery options:

• Standard Shipping – affordable, trackable delivery to most international destinations
• Priority Shipping – faster delivery, available at checkout for select countries

• United States: 4–7 business days – $4.95
• Canada: 8–16 business days – $5.95
• Australia: 8–12 business days – $5.95
• New Zealand: 8–14 business days – $5.95
• Bulgaria: Free delivery in 1–2 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days – $5.95

Priority Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

Available for select destinations at checkout:

• USA: 2–4 business days – $19.95
• Europe: 1–3 business days – $19.95 
• Canada: 2–4 business days – $19.95

Note: Priority shipping is not available in all regions. Prices are shown during checkout based on your location.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders over $80 USD. Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination and delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

• Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent via email when your order ships
• You can track your parcel’s journey from our studio to your door

Customs, Duties & International Orders

We ship from Bulgaria with full compliance to international regulations. Here's what you can expect based on your location:

• European Union: No additional customs duties or taxes apply. All parcels travel freely within the EU and arrive without any extra fees.
• United States: Orders under $800 USD enter the country duty-free. Our jewelry typically arrives without delays or charges. In rare cases, parcels may be randomly inspected, which could slightly delay delivery — but no additional fees are applied.
• Canada: Some orders may be subject to GST/HST and small handling fees (usually around $10–$15 CAD), depending on the province and declared value. These charges are set by Canadian authorities and are the customer's responsibility. Most packages arrive smoothly, but occasional customs inspection may occur.

We always declare the actual value of the order and cannot mark packages as gifts. Customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times slightly, but most orders arrive on schedule.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you experience a delivery issue:

• Damaged package? Take photos and contact us immediately
• Marked as delivered but not received? Check with neighbors or your local post office first
• Lost in transit? Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update

We'll work with you to resolve any shipping issues, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund after investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
